1.Applicant's are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the BU website and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria,fee details, duration, etc.
2.You are also requested to download the Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the BU in Bangalore University Website.
3.For Online PhD Application :-
1. (a).Click on NEW REGISTRTION that appears in the Online Admission Portal and fill the required registration details.
2. (b).Remember, while choosing your UserName it must be in between 8 to 16 characters.
3. (c).While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
4. (d).After filling the mandatory information click on the "REGISTER" button.
4.Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.

(a).If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button in Registered User Section

6.Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
1. (a).Scanned Photograph (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
2. (b).Scanned Signature (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
3. (c).self attested scanned documents(SSLC/PUC marks card/Degree Certificate) (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
7.Fee can be paid by following methods:

2. (b).Photo & Signature & document Upload
3. (c).Candidate Shall verify the filled details and documents before payment of Admission fee
4. (d).After admission fee payment ,Download Application
9.After Appliction Submission,Candidate should sumit the one set of all the certificates along with application & fee paid receipt to department
10.Save/Print your form for future reference.
